Paperwork was ready to be signed on the time and date promised. First service was completed fast. Even though I arrived to pick up my bike at 558pm( store closes at 6) service staff was very helpful.     "I went in on the first nice day of the season to trade up on a used Ultra Classic. The first person when I called was Cindy and she was very appreciative that I was even thinking of doing business with them. The day I travelled up from Southern Illinois I talked with Gary who was very helpful and helping Cindy during a very busy day. The bike was priced right and we agreed on the trade-in value and thoe whole process took less than three hours. The atmophere was great as were all the sales and service staff.     "I received first class treatment all around. Jim got me started and inspired and Sue drove the sale home. Cindy explained the paperwork and Steve showed me how much they appreciate my business. Gary explained some of the accessories and a few things I might want to consider. Dave shared some interesting facts about exhaust systems.     "On 9-14-05 I was returning from a trip to Wisconson and had stopped in Springfield for gas. My 03 FLSTC, which has never given me any trouble, would not start. I called HOG and they send out the rescue trailer from Hall's HD. I explained that I had to be in Memphis for a very important meeting at 7am on Thursday. They check to see if the trouble was covered by the warranty and it was. I broke down at 1025am and I was on I-55 to Moscow Tn at 1430. Very Very impressive.
